2nd Wind MENtors is a 5-week program geared towards male student athletes from fatherless homes. The program consists of two 2-hour sessions per week. Each session consists of 90-minutes of physical training concentrating on sports-specific skills and overall conditioning, with the last 30 minutes devoted to mindset training and character building. At the end of the 5-week program each student athlete will have a basic foundation of the core principles necessary for success on and off the field of play.
